Shocking service

Today I went into your Clearwater Shop to swop a shirt that I had bought for my son last week. Last week I hadn't noticed that it had a pulled stitch in the back, so when we noticed on Monday, I took it out and kept it on dining room table to return. <br> <br> I went in today to exchange it (as per the store's exchange policy), and was absolutely shocked by the blatant rude and arrogant attitude of the staff, who proceeded to tell me that they called the \buyer\" at the head office who told them they had never had any such problem with the clothing - which btw is IMPOSSIBLE, considering that material is prone to pulled stitches !! <br> <br> When I told them it had NEVER been worn and I certainly didn't pull a stitch out, they practically called me a ****. I am absolutely disgusted and have never been that insulted in my life. <br> <br> Their exchange policy is basically a lie. There is NO exchange policy whatsoever. <br> <br> Never mind the fact, that the staff insult people who support these stores. <br> "
