Service not often seen

A shoe was purchased as a gift for me from the Gateway branch. Unfortunately the size was wrong and it needed to be exchanged. It was exchanged for the correct size at one of the Eastgate branches (with excellent customer service), however the colour was wrong. The shoe was then taken to the gateway branch again to be exchanged for the correct size and colour. They had the colour, but not the size! Anyway I was about to settle for a colour I wasn't very happy with when the salesman (Ellian I think his name was) suggested that he arrange for the correct shoe to be sent from a Joburg branch to the Middelburg branch (where it would be most convenient for me to collect). <br> <br> This individual went out of his way to suggest a way in which I could be most satisfied with the gift. I have to add that I have received great customer service from all the branches I have visited. Don't see this very often.
