I returned shoes last year my child wore them 1 week and I washed them the colour was fading they told me I've used a strong detergent to wash them. I was suppose to buy a product from the store and the sales assistant never told me that when I bought the shoes. After a year they told me to come and pickup the the shoes and they saying that after I called them. The regional manager by the name of JP was very rude to me. A whole regional manager the service from the store to head office is disgusting it's extremely poor. Cross trainer is robbing people because you pay R700 for something that is not quality. I regret buy in that store
