Rustenburg Mall Cross Trainer

I bought a Nike Sunray for kids in the Rustenburg CBD to which I was told no exchange which is fair enough.

Upon realizing that I will need a different Size, I went to the Rustenburg Mall, saw a different color I liked, I was told I can only exchange different Size but not different color

Went back to Rustenburg CBD, they were willing to change different color but Size on that color was out of stock.

Went back to Rustenburg Mall to enquire more about this color issue, was told it's a company policy, I asked why is it that I can't get a different color of the same item same price, the answer was too vague and all over the place, at some point I was told it would inconvenience the store because there'll be inaccuracies on the Stock count in terms of colors, I stood there thinking what the hell? Must I bare the burden of the store trying to avoid inconvenience?

I mean I engaged this guy for a long time giving him ample opportunities to redeem himself but at every point during the engagement he kept on clutching straws.

If such a nonsensical policy exists within Cross Trainer, at least have the decency to give valid reasons to your employees during training so they don't embarrass themselves with a shallow minded nonsensical client service.

Anyway big ups to the Rustenburg CBD branch in the Rustenburg midtown, your service is awesome
