return policy???

I returned a pair of Air Jordan 1 Nouveau to the Cross Trainer VA Waterfront store. The shoes stitching came loose after just over a month of owning the shoe. The assistant at the store mentioned that a photo has to be sent to a buyer to conclude on the damage before granting the exchange or credit. I believe this could have been dealt with in store a lot more professionally as it would not be my intention to damage shoes and return shoes for an invalid reason. The store supervisor on duty on the 06.03.2016 was rude regarding the topic. And never mentioned aanything about the store policy. On 09.03.2016, I received a sms to collect the hand repaired shoe I returned. Which damages the design of the shoe and was again not explain in any policy. I want my exchange or store credit. This is unacceptable! Considering I believe cross trainer was a well respected South Africa store. No emails have been responded to, and no senior staff have taken responsibility!<br>
