Refusal to change shoe size for a lay buy purchase

<p>A week ago, I laybuyed size 2 sneakers, today I go to the store to change the shoe size to a 2,5. The shop assistants then informed me that I could not do so because its against policy. I asked what options do I have then because Im not willing to cancel the laybuy and pay 10% fee, which I dont think is legally.</p> <p>Second option was too wait till I finish paying my laybuy, to which I asked what if the size I want is finished, they said to bad to sad. This policy is highly inconviencing to a customer and I would appreciate if CT would adress this urgently</p>
