Refund complain

I canceled a lay-buy on the 23rd January 2024 because of personal reasons, I had paid R1327 towards the lay-buy in Springs Mall shop, I was told that they will refund me within 7 days, after 7 days I called the shop to ask about the progress as I had not received the money I was told I must call the head office to ask the banker and I was told that they did everything correctly they just need finance to approve, today it's the 12th Feb I have not received my money, no one wants to take responsibility, please he'll me I just want my money
