Refund

<p>I purchased a pair of sneakers for my niece as a gift. She did not like it so I asked to return the item for a refund, which they do not do, only credit. They have no TCF (Treat Customers Fairly) policy. They have no return policy up in the store as I am sure many people are experincing the same problem. Now I have a gift card that I am not going to use because of a store's "no refund" policy. I mean they must be really struggling with sales if they have to hold my money hostage like that. They just stamp the receipt stating that they have explained their return policy which was not done and get away with it. It's just their word against yours. So the next time you shop at a Cross Trainer, Be double sure that you want to spend your money there coz you wont get it back.</p>
