Reebok Sneakers Damaged

<p>I bought Reebok sneakers at Cross Trainer in Trade Route Mall on 29 May 2016 for an amount of R399.95 and the sneakers wasnt even 5 days old and they broke, I returned them back to the store where they said they will investigate the matter i waited for a month for feedback when they called with feedabck they advised that my son broke the sneakers which i think that feedback is pathetic as he is a little boy why on earth would he damage the sneakers,the sneakers is still at the store at Lenz mall, I took the matter future to complain at Cross Trainer headoffice spoke to Fethu she advised that she will call me back i have been waiting a hole month everytime i call she says she didnt go to the store giving me long excuses i am now gatvol and i need my money to be refunded i am not going to tolerate any more **** from Cross Trainer and Fethu tht is handeling complains.</p>
