Rain mobile nightmare

There's this new data service provider called rain whom offers a great deal in data. They 1st promised that they deliver within 5 days where they are not informed by the courier service that they don't deliver in townships because they are red zones but do still charge us the delivery fee. Ordered the sim and almost now the second month I've been waiting and no sim, they've debited my card. When calling their customer service they always shift the blame to me that I'm at fault that I'm never available for delivery. Requested a manager to handle the matter, manager was then shocked as to how I got billed but don't have the sim. Promised that will do a sim swap, rearrange delivery and have my money refunded back. Still waiting and no feedback, tried calling again but was told that the manager is busy with another customer and will call me back but still haven't heard from him
