Poor Service. so disappointing

After going through the reviews. i was very shocked because i thought im the only one with this kind of problem. on the 20th Dec 2019, i walked in to cross trainer at Forest Hill Mall (Centurion), after realizing that i forgot my running shoes at home and i was travelling far. i fitted the shoe in the store and it fitted, i then made a purchase of R1699.00. i walked out of the store, put the shoes on, and after walking for few kilo, i felt some pain and was caused by the point of the shoe as it was small. because of the discomfort, i decided to take it off and put back in the box and travelled. The nextday i came back at the store and requested an exchanged because of their no refund policy. I requested to change from size 6 to size 7. which was available at the store. Because the sales person still recalls my face as a client, he took the shoes to exchange. when i got to the till to finalize the exchange, the assistance manager told me that there are stones underneath the shoe. i said yes because i walked with the shoe and realized that its a small size. i was told that due to the stones, they cant exchange. i asked, if i removed those stones, will you take them back. i was told maybe. i was very surprised that actually being honest is not helping. By law, if you buy an item and come back to swapp it due to its discomfort. you have a right to get something that is comfortable. i mean that shoe was worn for less than 10minutes. i then requested for a manager, they said he is only coming back the next day. i told them that im not taking back this shoe as this is not how a customer must be treated. especially after spending such amount of money in cash. The next day the manager gave the assistance manager a final feedback. i got a call from the assistance manager telling me that the Manager decided not to swapp the shoes, and i must come and take my small sized shoe. I told them i wont take it back because what is the use of taking something that i cannot wear. I was disappointed the manager didn't have the decency of calling me himself and hear my side of the story. To this day my shoe is still at the store. Im so unhappy and it pains me that my R1700 was taken as well as my shoe. What a loss

Today is the 14th Jan. which makes it 7days after you communicated with me. Does it really take this long for your Area manager to investigate and make contact with me. Please note that since the the 21st Dec 2019 to date. You are still holding my Tekkies and my money. This pains me. A 3D display of Poor service
