Poor service and quality

I bought Adidas shoes in cross trainer at tshwane branch for someone, 1st time the shoes were worn the person complained that the right shoe was hurting him so he took them off and said maybe his feet is thicker than the shoe. He tried them again for 4 days and he couldn't spend an hour with those shoes on, so one day I said give me those shoes I wanted to try them on cause the shoes are size 8 and am size 7 so I thought maybe its a small size only to realize that the shoes has a fault in stitching and it cause the right shoe to have a bump inside it was folded more than the left shoe. When you compare both shoes you can actually see the difference and when you feel the inside of both shoes you can also feel the difference.

I took back the shoes to the store and explained to the manager, she looked at the shoes and felt the inside, then she said i can see what you talking about but we can't help you because the shoes are no longer new, they've been worn so we can't sell them to someone, I said to her you can't sell them even if they were still new cause the person will bring them back too. The manager gave me a bad service she was so rude and didn't care.

I then left the shoes in store and called their head office I was referred to the area manager by the surname Mncube. I explained the situation to her, she told me to leave the shoes in store she will come and check them the following week.

It took more than a month for her to contact me, she said the something the shoes are not new anymore so they can't take them, I must come and collect them, I asked her what am I supposed to do with them cause no one can wear those shoes, she said thats your loss.

Am so disappointed with their customer service and the quality of their products, after reading other reviews here, I think cross trainer should close their doors and stop robbing customers cause we need value for our money, they products are worse than those counterfeit goods you find in JHB cbd, their service is even worse.
