Poor service and no response

I app**** at this store for my RCS account. I was promised to get feedback wthin 24 hours. It is now almost 96 hours later. I then tried to phone to get response. Yet everytime the line is busy. I then emailed them. Till now, no one responded. I then went there to check it out myself, again, I found the staff to chat en have conversations instead of assisting. This is totally unproffesional.
