Poor service

I am writing this with a heavy heart…

I bought my daughter a Nike sweater at x-kids east rand mall on the 18th of December 2023 and on the 25th of December she worn her sweater for the first time and within an hour or so her sweater had fluff, I am very disappointed at the material I must…

Went to the store and I did not get any assistance, sent emails which were never rep****…

I called head office and managed to get their AM’s number and there of we communicate but I must say no efforts were done from her side, I had to be the one that’s asking how far are they with my query..

So till today I am still waiting for my response and I must say their customer service is very poor..
