Poor Service

My friend just bought a cap at Cross Trainer at Womderpark. The manager by the name is Tsepho Skosana was uttey useless in dealing with a refund. As apon purchasing an item did not explain the cash refund policy. And we not willing to return her money. We explain profusely that the sales consultant Mathabo had not explain the policy and would like a cash refund and not an exchange.
