Poor service

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my children had to return them because they were small they only had the correct size for 1 and the other pair they didn't have the size. They didn't even have any alternative and they only told them then that there's no refund They requested from other stores and said they will call me to come collect all they gave me is attitude my daughter won't have shoes to wear on new years day
