Poor run management of releases

I went for the release of the Jordan mids earth brown on 17 November 2021at the gateway branch. There were 5 people ahead of me. I was a size 10. In the line we asked whose taking which pair because it might be limited. I was the only one with a size 10 uk. When I went in the guy said the size was sold out yet no one bought them. Guys pleasee stop keeping these shoes for yourself or your friends. Some of us wait sometime to purchase the shoe.
