Poor customer services

With assistance of a sales person at The CROSS TRAINER GOLDEN WALK on the 10th.09.2022, I attempted to buy via online purchase at the store and I was told my transaction is not successful and advised that payment will be return back to my account within 2 working days. I didn’t receive any refund even today and no proof to show Tyme bank so that they can process refund for me.
