Poor customer service

Yesterday I bought the Adidas sneakers for my child size 5 at your fourways kids branch and they gave one that was on display without telling me or asking me if I don't have a problem with dirty shoe. I'm not happy cause I was not planning to buy a dirty shoe that's totally unacceptable and poor customers service
