**** plastic Puma sneakers

I have a problem with The Cross Trainer shop at Heidelberg Mall, I bought a pair of Puma sneakers for my son on the 15th of December 2022 for R1199.

The first time he wore them the sneakers started peeling off and cracking. I stay in Pretoria so I asked my husband to go to the shop and tell them about this issue and if we can get them to change the pair or refund. They manager Miss Petunia Radebe said he must bring back the sneakers. I courier them end of February 2023, they took them at the shop and when we made follow up,he was told the head office will let us know what to do. After a while my husband asked the manager again and she said she received an email from the head office saying they will not change nor refund us because the shoes were worn.

I find this to be very unacceptable because the shoes is not genuine leather, it is a **** Puma and if we wanted to buy **** sneakers we would not pay R1199 for that.

I demand a refund.

Please assist us.
