Paid R44.70 for CT to destroy R699.95 gift

Popped into Cross Trainer this morning to buy my father a personalised Springbok jersey. Two of the letters were missing and I was ready to leave but the saleslady told me to be patient as she will make an alternative arrangement, which turned out to be cutting out the missing letters from one of the larger numbers. I was not entirely convinced this was the way to go but decided that the staff were experts at this.<br> <br> Not only was this NOT the case as the newly-cut \A"is a different size from the other letters"
