Online purchare/refund nightmare

Bought sneakers from there online platform, was later informed they have no stock, so I requested a refund. Got no communication from them till I called them, they then tell me they pay refunds once a week on Fridays will 'process' it, now the person responsible for refunds is in leave it's been three weeks still no refund...the person is only coming back next week and it would take 2 week from processing it for it to get to me. Never ever buy online from this company.
