not happy

<p>I am not happy with their refund policy. I went to cross trainer centurion on the 01 December 2016 at 11:22. I bought my sons sneakers and went out to clicks then I got a call from my fiance saying I must not buy the shoes but layby them. I went back to the shop At 11:35 I was told there is no refund. I wanted to get the refund and laybye the shoes and collect them next week . I don't understand why they didn't want to help me it was few minutes I left the store. Tge manager cpildnt rven look me in the eyes. She said the staff must tell meI am allowed to have refund. What i know i can make a refund within six months. Please help. I am very angry</p>
