No Refund On Returns!

I bought a pair of sneakers in Sandton City and I decided to return them minutes after my purchase. I was told that they do not refund customers for purchases but they could give me a gift voucher, which I plainly refused.

I will be taking this up with the Consumer Ombudsman. This contravenes the consumer protection act and I do not believe that it can be allowed to go on in this day.

I will make this business famous on social media. I shall make sure that consumers know what they're dealing with.
