No delivery after 5 days
I ordered sneakers on the 25th of May with Pay Just Now order #5988, after making payment there was no correspondence regarding the order, its now a new week with no tracking number or delivery sms or email, why not stop online shopping because you don't take customers serious.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear that you did not find our service satisfactory.
As per the order confirmation email you should have received, orders paid for via the PayJustNow gateway are released +- 24 to 36 (working) hours after the orders are confirmed (working hours, due to the fact the our Courier Partners do not collect/ deliver over weekends). Furthermore, deliveries to the collection points/ delivery address are estimated for +- 2 working days from date of dispatch, for the Johannesburg Metro.
Seeing that your parcel was delivered on the 1st June 2023, we believe we tried the best we could to keep within these estimated time lines shared, albeit, we have taken your concerns through to our Operations Team and will be working on finding ways to better improve our delivery services.
We hope we have not lost you as a client and that we will see you shopping with us again in the near future.
