NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>My 11 year old son got a pair of soccer boots for Xmas, but they were the wrong size (size 5). To save time, we tried on the same pair of boots at Adidas and got the correct sizing - only R300 more than the originals purchased at Crosstrainer. Since then, i have made over 20 calls, sent over 20 emails and the area manager told me that when the size goes over 5 they are classified as professional boots and the price is now R3000!!!!! But the same boots at Adidas are R1600??? I have contacted Adidas and they cant help me either. So now I have a pair of R1500 boots that dont fit and no one is willing to help me. I dont want a voucher. I want the bigger size from the non - proffessional range that I know exist - as I have seen them myself. At my wits end - this is my last resort. Will be suprised if I get a response as I have even tried all the social media options with no response. Have even attempted to contact Mark Frame - the owner. Help me please</p>
