No cash refunds, very dissapointed

I bought two manchester shirts from you for my sons but they are too small and you dont have bigger sizes in teens sizes, So doing a gift reciept does not help me, I want to buy them something else rather but you refuse to refund me in cash, this is not ok, you should do cash refunds because there is nothing in your store that I want to exchange for,
