NEVER Again will I support "The Cross Trainer"

Purchased shoes for my 4 year old daughter at The CROSS Trainer Table Bay Mall, on 1 May 2020. The sales staff assured me that I could exchange, due to the fact that I did not want to take my daughter to the store. I went to exchange the shoes on 5 May 2020. they told me that they will NOT exchange and that i must buy another pair of shoes. I Have asked the Lady that said that she is the store manager to please contact the Regional manager. They phones someone with no result. Then a male person with glasses walked in that said he was the regional manager asked me if i knew that there is an pandemic. When I wanted to explain that we must exchange the shoes because of financial issues and because now my daughter don't have any shoes, they contacted the security to remove me. The male with the glasses even mocked me on the way out by shouting in full view of clients in the mall "HAVE A NICE DAY" Please help me with this as i feel it was my consumer right to exchange and that they mocked me the client even in a Pandemic situation that we are in.
