My worse shopping experience ever

On the 13.07.2023 was my birthday, i had a nike tshirt for R650 as a birthday day present, i didnt like the tshirt so i went to jabulani and maponya mall cross trainer to change it or get a refund, i was told to go southgate they might have better items, so on the 28.07.2023 i went to southgate mall cross trainer saw a adidas trackpant i liked, the short guy who was assisting me didnt find my size on the shop so he checked on computer for my medium size, he found my size in the glen mall cross trainer, he said i must go there so i drove there to the shop, i was approached by musa ngcobo i told him that i was sent from south gate for those pants, he checked on the floor to see if the have the item, after checking he said the my size is a laybye for a customer, i asked him why wasnt i told that at southgate mall cross trainer , he became rude and told me stories he called southgate they confirm my story, he couldnt assist me told me to leave the shop manhandled me after i asked him to refund me my money, he said cross trainer doesnt refund customers , left the store not been assisted
