Most amazing service ever had.

<p>I'd like to thank Kgomotso for the greatest service that I've ever gotten in retail.<br />I went to your branch in Sandton City where I was immediately welcomed and offered assistance by the lady with a lively smile.<br />I went into the store looking to purchase Nike Air Forces, she showed me the range that you had and I fell in love with the Midnight Blue Forces.<br />I'm a big guy and I wear size 12's, Kgomotso went to the storage room to find my size and she couldn't find it, so she searched for my size from other stores and nobody had my size.<br />What I found extraordinary is the fact that even after the system said my size wasn't in stock, she asked me if I could wait for her as she goes up a few levels to the head office to see if she could get me a pair in my size.<br />Never have I ever had such amazing service and I would like to thank Kgomotso for all of her efforts to make me a happy and satisfied customer.</p> <p>I walked out of The Cross Trainer Editions with the pair of Forces I wanted, and a great joy in my heart from Kgomotso's customer service.</p> <p>Thank you Kgomotso.</p> <p>Kind Regards,<br />Tumelo Malumane</p>
