Misleading Customers

I bought a sneaker that was priced at R849.00 and when I got to the till I was charged R999 after the transaction went through I ask why was I charged the different amount from the one I saw on the sneaker, I was then told it's price per side when I ask from the transaction to be reversed I was told there was no refund, shoul I have been explained before paying I wouldn't have bought the takkies. I then ask them to call the manager, when he was suppose to help or explain to me, he avoided coming to me and went and stand outside the shop, when ask the cashier why was he not attending to me they said they were afraid of him, my partner then went and called him, when he finally came he just said to us there is nothing I can do we don't do refund, he further went and said I was immature imagine. I called their head office to further intervene as the so called manager was rude and insulating but we got no help, the HO just gave us contact details to contact someone as the didn't explains her or her position. I regret buying from that shop and am also hurt by been called name. I was taken advantage of worse been insulted by the very same person who was suppose to have help me. I need hel
