Misleading cashier

<p>I went to cross trainer store at the Glen Mall to buy sneakers(4) for my niece, 10 minutes after bought the sneaker i received a call saying she is not size 4 bt a 3 when went exchange the sneaker thy was No size 3, I told them I want my money back she then told about refund policy which was not explained to me, but slip has a red stamp stating that the policy was explained. I told them that i want cash back they told thy would give me a gift card which I refused i tried calling customer service and sending tweets i still haven't heard anything from them. Highly disappointed.</p>
