Late deduction

<p>I bought sneakers on the 27th of April, received an sms stating that the debit order had gone off. Almost 3 months later, 2k is then deducted off my account because the funds where never banked. How and why did it take over 2months to realise that the funds where not banked and what right do you have to then deduct the funds with notifying me? I have not planned for a 2k deduction, and obviously if you didnt know that the funds where not gone i didnt either so none of the people from cross trainer can assist. You can take back yoour damn shoes i need my money back now. If it can take you over two months to deduct i willl gladly written the sneakers in the condition that they in wasy over 30 day, and according to the purchase it isnt over 30 days it's only one day.</p>
