On the 27th January 2015 I went and purchased a pair of Jordan 7 Retro French blue for my 4 year old son. After 2 wears I realised the stitching on the one sneaker started coming off. I immediately contact the branch were I bought them to notify them of what appeared to me as a factory fault. The consultant at the branch took photos of the damage and they promised to get back to me. 2 weeks later I received a call from the branch informing me that their \supplier"instructed them to give them back to me as the damage is not a factory fault. <br> <br> I would like to get a response from them in writing is to what caused the damaged if they claim it is not a factory fault. I also request that they send me a comprehensive report of their assessment findings. """
