*********** stuff at cross trainer store, poor customer service

i bought sneakers at cross trainer jabulani mall branch and the service is poor as i returned the shoe its was a problem i was told to leave it at the store so they could wait for area manager any time during the week they will let me know and as to when AM i called people from head office and emailed them back and forth explaining i do not have time to talk things out as they laid it out i want my refund and not having anything to do with their store and as i asked the guy whom helped me whom i believe is a manger i explained to him that you guys are not complying with CPA a whole manger stood by that conviction that they are not after all those measures taking time from help i did not get help at all with a shoe i wore one day
