I received a 2019 World Cup white rugby jersey as a gift on the 2nd November 2019, from Cross Trainer, the person bought me a XL that was far to big for me. I then put it back in the original packet and took it back on the 3rd of November to Cross Trainer Clearwater Mall where it was bought. I tried to exchange it for a Large Green World Cup Jersey and they advised that they didn't have stock, so then I asked for a refund so I could buy the jersey from Sportsman Warehouse as they had stock and they told me they would find a large from one of their other stores. 3 weeks have passed and they still haven't found the green word cup jersey and I asked them to please refund me and they still refused, they are trying to force me to buy something else from their store I DON'T WANT! This is unacceptable, if they cant supply me what I went there for they should refund me. I will never put me foot into another Cross trainer store and I highly recommend that no one else to buy from them, I am really amazed how they are still open.
