I want my money

I bought shoes for my son and when I got home they did not fit. I went back to the store at BT Ngebs in Mthatha. They called all their branches throughout the country and none had black and white old school vans size 2. I then asked for a refund so that I can go look for the shoes in another store. They refused to give me my money back and their area manager named Tony told me I should buy something else because they will not give me any money. Me being angry I left the shoes at the store with the slip because tomorrow it's sports day for my son and I told them that I need the shoes by today. Now I have to go make excuses at my son's school because he will not attend school tomorrow. I want this store to return my money I want nothing to do with it
