I'm Never buy there again
i bought a pair of Jordan sneakers worth R1899.00 two weeks ago.now the left sneaker is not fitting me properly at the back of my ankle i had worn the sneaker on Friday 24th July 2015 for half a day and i couldn't take it anymore.i went to shop to inquire if i could maybe swap or maybe get some help on this issue.the Manager very rudely said to me \WE DON'T SWAP SHOES THAT YOU WORN ALREADY"as if i was asking for her a favor. Now i'm stuck with these sneakers."""

My apology for the inconvenience coursed as a result of the size not fitting to your expectations .The common practice is that the shoes must be tried in a carpet to ensure that they are in a sellable condition should they not fit properly so that we are able to resell them to another customer.
With the above I will investigate the matter further to see if there is in any way can help in resolving the matter.
