I asked for a refund on a purchase on 25 May at their Northgate store. They told me they don't do normal refunds their head office facilitates it.They said my money will be in my account in 1 to 2 weeks. I've got no communication from both their store in Northgate and Head office for 2 weeks, store manager unhelpful. I reached out on Facebook and they said their regional manager would call me same day, he never did, I had to follow-up It's now officially been a month, no refund and no updates
