Horrible Service @ Cross Trainer Sammy Marks

<p>I bought All Stars at Cross Trainer At Sammy Marks on tuesday the 24 Jan 2016. To my surprise they were ****s not original All Stars. I then went to Cross Trainer In Woodlands to find out about them and their respond was that they do not sell suck All Star and they could not even get a selling code that was appearing on the All Stars we bought. I returned then back to Sammy Marks and the branch Manger refused to give me refund instead the loughed at me as if i was stupid and gave me a voucher. I do not want a voucher i want my money back. How can a well known store sell **** All Stars and refised to give me my refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND BE COMPENSATED FOR BEING TREATED LIKE A ***** IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.</p>
