good customer service

Went to look for casual sport tekkie at the cross trainer shop at westgate mall and was assisdtd by shop assistant by the of Sonia, they didn't have the size I was looking for. Instead of just telling me that she went an extra mile to get me the size and arrange for the tekkie to be brought to a branch near me...that's a very exceptional customer service. If only all the shop assistance can be like this then I wouldn't mind travelling and spending my hard earned money in that store.
