Going all poetic on me

So last week I complained about their website being under contractions for 12 months now. No one called me<br> That how much they care about us. Got a replay saying website should be fine early in the week. Guess what it's still down. So I wrote an email and this my friends is what I got. Hi Oratile,<br> <br> Be Calm. Be Patient.
