***** of credit account

I was a cross trainer dalton center and a lady that works in the store told me they are having a promotion and if you lucky you could win a 50% discount in store only to find out she was opening a credit account on my name told the store manager and she did nothing about it meaning they are biz opening credit account with people s names a nd I was made aware by trans union and will like to open a dispute on such because I was not opening an account and it affected my credit score. so its ***** and I wonder on how many people is this done.
