So I purchased a Nike AirForce 1 from XTrainer and within a month, the stitching was coming loose and the shoe was de-threading. I took the shoe to them as they had said I should and the employees there even said that the shoe must have been a factory fault. I contacted the apparent Head of Customer care and she said the issue would be resolved in seven days. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH!!! I was told that Nike said that they can’t do anything because it’s “wear and tear” Wear and tear? In a month? The most durable shoe? I am fed up!
Dear Bokamoso
As you know we are fully aware of your complaint, contrary to your twitter feed we have been in contact with you and have really tried to resolve this issue.
Please understand that we do not own Nike, but are resellers of their sneakers so we have no control over the actual sneaker or its production thereof.
As mentioned to you we are taking this matter further because you were not happy with our initial response and unfortunately this takes time because we have to go back and forth on your behalf.
We are still trying to resolve this issue and we will let you know the outcome as soon we can
Best Regards
The Cross Trainer Team
