Faulty garment

I bought Puma Mercedes Benz tracksuit at Cross trainer East rand mall on 27/10/ 2020, on the 18/11/2020 My wife noticed that it has a stain/marks on it, it’s still under 30 days exchange policy period, mind you I have never worn it and still has tags on, I took it back to the store and the lady by the name Zukiswa said it looks like an iron mark, trying to shift the blame on me and I asked her why would I iron a new tracksuit and she said she will escalate the matter to her regional manager on Monday 23/11/2020 as the manager is out of town and I left the item with her (cross trainer) and my contact details. The manager said it’s not a factory fault so they are not going to change it, meaning I have to keep it. I haven’t wear the pants can somebody please intervene
