False Advertising on website

I've tried mailing *** to resolve an issue with my order. But not sure if anyone checks mails there but no response after 24 hours.

I placed an order on the 5th of August for 5 items from the website, and it was delivered on the 11th August. Upon inspecting the items, all 5 items were different styles and variations from the ones shown on the site Now I'm not talking about 1 or 2 items that were different or an incorrect size sent. Now I had to make sure that there wasn't a disclaimer on the page to say "image shown is for display purposes" or what you ordered "might" not be what we send you. So I would expect the item shown in the product image is what I should get. I even took a screengrab of the advertised pic vs what was sent to me and clearly they're different products.

So how does a blunder like that happens? Coz this is way past making a little mistake. Has it become the norm for receiving products that's not the same as what you ordered?
