Extremely POOR customer service by store manager.

Cross trainer mooiriver potchefstroom has extremely poor customer management by the store manager.i bough a pair of ascics on Sat and on my arrival I noticed that there's fault on 1 shoe, so Monday I returned them, my only mistake was to ask the store manager the procedure onwards and that's when I was rudely told not ask anything but to only write my name and contact no on the tillslip. She must just tell and the customer shut up with or without understanding, happy or not for aslong you paid it doesn't matter anymore, I must wait for 2 more weeks as they gonna send the shoes back to the company and I can't even exchange.

How unfair and rude service at this branch.
