Exchange, Refund Policy sucks

This store just lost a customer

I bought shoes for my 4 year old. bought a size 11 but she is a size 9 but this was bought in Cosmo City however i needed to exchange them @ Mall of africa as it was closer to home

I went in to exchange and also to get a size 2 of same shoe for my other child.

When i go to store was told a funny policy that i have never came accross in my life. Well Cosmo did explain that you do not do refunds but exchange,

Well mall of Africa gave me another policy that i did not know, that for sale Items you do not do exchange, what policy is that? So if i bough something from you and i can not use it them am stuck with it? If i buy a pesent in this case for my child and is wrong size, we stuck with it? Money Gone?

Really your policy is not centered around customer satisfaction and as i result i decided not to buy for the other kid and i do not agree with your policy and will never set foot in any of your stores
