I bought sneakers for my daughter on the 22nd of December 2022 as Cross Trainer Eadtgate two after she wore them the glue started to come out..I went to the shop on the 14th of Jan 2023 for assistance. I was told to print out my bank statement and the lady Ayida can't remember her name (as they all had no name tags) was making run around telling me they will investigate since I didn't have a slip..I returned everything including the box and the bag to show I bought them there she showed on the system that the only payment captured was not matching my statement yet..I asked her to pull out the slips as I paid by card she refused..the service I received was bad I can't be paying so much and not get good service. All I want is an exchange .
