Excellent Customer Service
The Cross Trainer had to cancel an order of mine due to being out of stock of the particular item. However, their customer service team were quick to profusely apologise to me and personally select a wide variety of items similar to my purchase in order to satisfy me. Really great personal touches by The Cross Trainer and specifically Catherine Chamangwana.
